Rediscovering a friend

I just found out that an old friend of mine has been blogging all about Enterprise Software for over a year! Phil Gilbert is a fantastically smart guy and is the CTO of Lombardi Software. We worked together back in the late 90s at Trilogy/pcOrder. Lombardi does Business Process Management. I'll have to admit I'm not an expert on the subject so I'm not even going to try and explain exactly what Business Process Management is. In regards to the previous conversations I don't know that they would ever call themselves Enterprise 2.0.
